Vehicle & Legal Operation

 

Q: Are HBA vehicles legally licensed for commercial operation?
A: Yes. All vehicles operated by HBA are officially registered commercial vehicles approved by the Japanese government. We operate in full compliance with local transportation regulations and do not use unlicensed (private) vehicles. You may ride with complete confidence.

 

Q: Which areas does HBA serve?
A: Our primary service areas include Tokyo, Osaka, Narita, Haneda, and the Kansai region, covering airport transfers and city transportation. Services in other regions are available upon prior consultation.

Reservations & Payment

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express. Bank transfer is also available.

 

Q: Can I make a reservation first and pay later?
A: For certain services, payment after reservation may be available. Please confirm the applicable payment method with our staff at the time of booking.

 

Q: How do I make an online reservation?
A: Click “Book Your Trip” to access HBA’s official Rezio booking system. Simply enter your trip details and complete the reservation online.

Cancellation & Changes

 

Q: Will cancellation fees apply?
A: Cancellation fees are calculated based on the scheduled departure time:

  • More than 48 hours before departure: No charge

  • 24–48 hours before departure: 50% of the service fee

  • Within 24 hours of departure: 100% of the service fee

 

Q: Can I change my reservation after booking?
A: Changes may be requested prior to the service date. Whether adjustments are possible depends on vehicle availability and the schedule on that day.

Pick-up & On-the-Day Service

 

Q: Where will the driver meet me?
A: The driver will wait at the pre-arranged meeting point and will contact you in advance of the scheduled pick-up time.

 

Q: What if my flight is delayed?
A: If flight changes are communicated in advance, the driver will adjust the pick-up time according to the actual arrival time.

 

Q: What happens if the service time exceeds the scheduled hours?
A: If the actual usage time exceeds the originally booked duration, additional charges will apply based on the extended time.

In-Vehicle Rules & Additional Services

 

Q: Is eating or drinking allowed in the vehicle?
A: Beverages are generally permitted. Please avoid foods with strong odors or items that may easily spill.

 

Q: Are child safety seats available?
A: Child safety seats can be provided at a fee of ¥1,650 (tax included) per seat. Availability is limited, so advance reservation is required.

 

Q: Can you assist with purchasing SIM cards or transportation tickets?
A: Yes, we can assist with arranging SIM cards or transportation passes. Additional fees apply. Please inform us of your

request at the time of booking.

 

Q: Can the driver also act as a tour guide?
A: Drivers can provide basic assistance and route suggestions. Professional guided tours must be arranged separately.
